Dollhouses by JAD offers miniature dollhouse kits that are heirloom quality that will last generations.  We have a variety of choices, sizes and prices for everyone!  We offer kit assembly as well as expert advice and guidance covering dollhouse electrification, complete interior finishing, and interior decorating.

Kit w/Assembly prices shown below include the kit, assembled and finished with painted exterior, and roof shingles glued on. One main exterior color plus two trim colors.  Paint and glue included in the price.  The foundation is normally painted grey and the chimney is painted.  Custom finishing is available at an additional cost. We can also custom mix colors for an additional charge. Just send us the paint cards from your local hardware store and we will have them mixed here.  We can also dye the roof shingles for an additional charge. 

The interior is left unfinished, interior walls, stairs and trims are not glued in.  You can finish the interior any way you want.  We would be happy to finish the interior for you at an additional cost.
